Order Questions
1. My order is not processing. Why ins't my order processing?     
 Here is a list of possible reasons :
① The billing address that is on the order does not match the billing address where the card statement is mailed to.
② Unavailable funds
③ Incorrect Card Security Code.
④ Incorrect credit card number or expiration date.
2. How can I make changes to my order?
Simply email us within 12 hours . Be sure to include your order number! If you would like to change the device type, case type, or color, please also let us know the details in email.
 
Return Questions
What is your return policy?
We will accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase only if the product was purchased directly from icoverit.com.
You can only return online orders via post (including click and collect)
Please ensure you meet the conditions outlined in our Policy (below).
Print the label, pack & drop off at your nearest to Post Office.
Once received, we will process the refund and show you via email. Your refund may take up to 10 days to be processed.
